Tufflex Polymers LLC’s waterproofing systems offer a seamless,
flexible, durable surface that is ideal for waterproofing vehicular
parking structures.
Tufflex utilizes a unique polyurea-urethane hybrid formulation
that is water-catalyzed, eliminating the need for solvents.
Now a coatings contractor can spread a solvent-free, virtually
odorless, extra tough and flexible polyurea-urethane coating
knowing that he has control of the pot life of his mixture, the
thickness of his membrane and the time of its cure.
With the addition of 25 percent plain tap water, Tufflex RBC can
be applied in a single coat and in any thickness required.
Tufflex is one of only a small group of manufacturers who qualify
for LEED in EQ 4.2: Low-Emitting Materials, Paints and Coatings.

Kemiko Stone Tone II
Epmar Corp., the manufacturer of Kemiko concrete stains and
topcoats, has developed Stone Tone Wax II, a wax that is waterbased,
but applied the same way as the previous Stone Tone Wax.
Kemiko Stone Tone II is a wax designed specifically for concrete.
It is used in residential as well as light commercial projects.
It goes down directly over the concrete, enhancing the character
of the concrete and giving the floor a more finished appearance.
Unlike its predecessor, Stone Tone Wax II is water-based and has
a low VOC rating, making it LEED complaint.
