Eagle Floor Solutions — EnviroPro WA27
Eagle Floor Solutions’ cordless EnviroPro WA27 burnisher is
billed by the company as the first burnisher designed with
the concrete polishing and refresh market in mind.
The machine was engineered to apply extra head weight while
refreshing the shine on polished concrete, and it can easily be
adjusted to provide lighter head weight for traditional floor polishing. It
increases the floor temperature as needed for modern concrete densifier
and guard products, and it captures airborne dust particulates with a built-in
active vacuum filter system.
The EnviroPro WA27 ships with two pad drivers, including a metal pad driver for
concrete surfaces.
MarbleCrete Mix

MarbleCrete is a thinset
polishable overlay
and hybrid cementitous
product that contains
flecks of marble. The
product can be easily
matched to any color
and is low maintenance,
but its signature is the real marble added to the mix.
MarbleCrete is composed of crushed marble sand and
aggregates, and it is sold in bags.
The mix is designed for application to a cementitous
base coat in a variety of textures, and it can be used
in mosaic patterns or as surfacing. The product
can exceed 10,000 psi of compressive strength, has
achieved a “bridge strength” designation and can be
used for a variety of applications. It can be applied
horizontally or vertically, indoors or out. When ground
and polished, the result is a smooth and glossy finish.
Sandblasting can be performed after the product has
initially cured. The application should be densified or
sealed to prevent staining and discoloration.

When overlaid with polymer cementitious overlay
products, CrownCove prevents water, dirt, bacteria,
chemicals and cleaning solutions from seeping into
the floor-to-wall juncture. The result is sanitary and
easy-to-maintain floors. The cove system is available in
heights of 1 inch, 4 inches, 6 inches and 8 inches, with
inside and outside corners. CrownCove is decorative
and industrial-tough, is LEED-friendly and assists
sustainable strategies.
